Movement Monday: Chair Kickboxing Class for Older Adults

Chair Kickboxing class is a fantastic exercise for older adults that can be tailored to all fitness levels to help preserve physical health and mobility, fine motor skills, balance, coordination, and mind-body connections. Best of all, it’s a lot of FUN! All you need is to wear something you feel comfortable moving in and come ready to get your kicks!

This seated kickboxing class is free to attend, and all people living with dementia and their families and care partners are encouraged to join us.
