Moments Matter Dementia Friendly Choir

Attention People Living With Dementia & Their Families/Care Partners! Sing your heart out in the (dementia friendly) Moments Matter Choir, and have fun while helping bring the JOY of music to the community. All singing levels are welcome to join us. We’re kicking off our 7-Week rehearsals on September 15, 2023, and concluding with a heartfelt concert performance on October 28th.

This is a wonderful way to make harmonious connections, and for people living with dementia to participate in a meaningful activity with their care partner, friend, or family member. The choir is free.
