Dementia Experience @ Chandler Hub

This is a hands-on experiential training that allows you to briefly step into the shoes of a person living with dementia.

During the 8-minute experience, your senses (vision, sense of touch, hearing, and ability to be heard, understanding, and being understood) are altered to match those of a person living with dementia. Afterward, you’ll learn how we can communicate with and support those with dementia to make their experience easier.
