Where words fail, music speaks! Feel the beat in your heart, mind, and soul, as you and your loved one drum along with new friends and Oakwood’s jammin’ music instructor: Dylan! The healing power of music has numerous benefits for physical, cognitive, and mental health. This “Health Rhythms Drumming Circle” class is free, and open to anyone living with dementia or other memory impairment, and their family care partners.
No experience is necessary, and drums will be provided! We hope to see you at Health Rhythms Drumming Circle on May 26, from 4:30 – 5:30pm, at the Dementia Hub located at 6915 E. Main St, Mesa, AZ 85207.
