WHAT: Inner Resources is an evidence-based approach that teaches caregivers how to use mindfulness & meditation to enhance their ability to cope with stress. This non-religious course involves sitting, breathing, and noticing thoughts & the body. No yoga, vigorous exercise, or experience is required. All meditation beginners are welcome!
