What is the VILLAGE? The Task Force Village is a collaborative network of compassionate professionals and community partners dedicated to supporting families navigating dementia and age-related challenges. This volunteer-based initiative brings together trusted experts from:
Hospice organizations
Home care agencies
Senior placement services
Healthcare & aging professionals
Community resource providers
Family caregivers & advocates
By volunteering alongside Oakwood families through meaningful community engagement, members build authentic relationships and become trusted referral partners.
We’re looking for:
Professionals and advocates who are passionate about supporting older adults, caregivers, and individuals living with dementia.
