Our Flagstaff Adult Day Club offers a vibrant, social model of care designed for older adults who do not require medical support during the day but thrive in connection, creativity, and community. At our Flagstaff Day Club, we celebrate every individual’s strengths while creating opportunities to stay active, inspired, and connected.

Our History
Located within the Institute for Human Development at Northern Arizona University, our Flagstaff Adult Day Club sits at the heart of a vibrant, engaging campus community. This unique setting creates natural opportunities for meaningful intergenerational interaction with students, faculty, and community partners, enriching each day with fresh perspectives, shared learning, and connection. Surrounded by the energy of a dynamic social hub, members experience the warmth of community while remaining rooted in a supportive, welcoming environment designed just for them.

Daytime Care for adults and seniors with various age-related physical and cognitive challenges throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Town Center by Oakwood Creative Care is located in Mesa, Arizona. This day club services residents from nearby cities, such as: Sun Lakes, Tempe, Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Maricopa, San Tan Valley, and Apache Junction. Our day clubs provide support for caregivers, and engagement for seniors with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke, and other physical and cognitive challenges related to aging. Oakwood Creative Care provides innovative adult and senior care in Mesa, allowing families to remain living at home together and avoid assisted living centers.
