Memory Café
Join us at the Memory Café for coffee, pastries, and community, followed by a caregiver support group and a free engagement class for loved ones living with dementia.
Mental Health & Emotional Support
Counseling and therapy for both individuals living with dementia and their care partners.
Brain Health for All
Innovative programming including Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, support groups, volunteer opportunities, and community-building events.Â
Moments Matter Choir
A dementia-friendly choir open to adults of all ages and abilities, and their families, too! Join together for a season of joy and connection, all while embracing the power of song!
The GUIDE Model*
A Medicare A & B program that makes dementia care easier to navigate with clear direction and resources.
Education & Special Guests
Monthly workshops and support groups led by guest speakers and professionals to offer encouragement, shared understanding, and helpful tools to support your journey.
Dementia Coaching Sessions*
Occupational therapy strategies that reduce stress and enhance everyday caregiving.
