The Hub is more than a location—it’s a community. Whether you’re seeking social engagement, expert brain health advice, or simply a compassionate ear, we’re here to walk alongside you. And if we don’t have the answer, we’ll help you find someone who does.
Memory Café
Join us at the Mesa Memory Café for coffee, pastries, and community, followed by a caregiver support group and a free engagement class for loved ones living with dementia.
Tuesdays 1–2:30 PM & Wednesdays 9:30–11 AM
Moments Matter Choir
A dementia-friendly choir open to adults of all ages and abilities, and their families, too!
Join together for a season of joy and connection, all while embracing the power of song!
Education & Special Guests
Monthly workshops and support groups led by guest speakers and professionals to offer encouragement, shared understanding, and helpful tools to support you and your loved one’s journey.
Monthly Mingles
Fun-filled events that bring our community together to celebrate life’s special moments and foster friendships. Our Monthly Mingles are dementia-friendly and always open to the community!
Brain Health for All
Innovative programming specifically designed for Mild Cognitive Impairment, including Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, support groups, volunteer opportunities, and community building events.Â
