In every neighborhood, there is someone quietly navigating the challenges of memory loss—and a family learning, day by day, how to hold on to connection, dignity, and joy. The VILLAGE Community Task Force is a collaborative network of compassionate professionals and community partners dedicated to supporting families navigating dementia and aging-related challenges.

The Memory Café
