Oakwood Creative Care (OCC) is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its new Chandler Campus, made possible by the incredible generosity of Arizona Complete Health and the Centene Foundation. Now, OCC is ready to kick off the beginning of a new era—and the whole community is invited!
Join OCC for a Grand Opening Celebration on Monday, October 20th, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at 2175 N. Alma School Rd, Building B, Chandler, AZ 85224. This joyful afternoon will begin with an opening ceremony, followed by tours of the campus, noshing, and a fun social hour with friends, families, and neighbors.
A New Chandler Campus + Better Brain Health for Everyone!
As Arizona’s home for inclusivity, OCC was founded under the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to age with dignity, creativity, and joy—whether they’re living with memory changes, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to strengthen their own brain and body wellness.
The new Chandler Campus offers something for everyone, including:
- A welcoming Adult Day Club where older adults with cognitive changes can build friendships, express creativity, and thrive in a safe, engaging space.
- The Hub, which hosts monthly mingles, workshops, and support groups for caregivers, complete with expert speakers and practical tools for navigating the caregiving journey.
- A soon-to-open Wellness Clinic, featuring OCC’s first-ever OakFit Gym with age-accessible workout equipment, a relaxation station, and counseling and health services, as well as other resources open to anyone in the community seeking to boost their brain health.
