Beginning the Second Thursday of each month, Permission to Grieve: Caregiver Support Group. Chaplain Tim Duerr from Stoneridge Hospice will be here to hold space for those who are grieving. **Respite is available**

When experiencing grief, we often feel that we’re simply “not permitted” to feel sad or frustrated with our difficulties; that we’re expected to put on a smile or a strong facade. Still, even the strongest of us need a space to be real and honest. Permission to Grieve’s goal is simple: To provide support, mutual encouragement, breathing through it together when surviving the most courageous thing we can do.

We begin our discussion time with an encouraging reading and support each other through laughter and tears- granting permission to grieve is the new normal we’re facing in our lives.
