Moments Matter: Thank You

As Oakwood Creative Care’s 2021 Moments Matter Gala: Hope is in the Air has come to an end, we would like to give a big THANK YOU for our community’s support in being a part of one of our most successful events to date. All funds raised will go towards our mission to continue bringing light, hope, purpose, and dignity beyond diagnosis through education, creative care options, and family and caregiver support.

Oakwood Creative Care’s Day Clubs are home to a unique, innovative, and revolutionary approach to providing care and support options to adults with various age-related physical and cognitive challenges. Currently, only 2% of philanthropic dollars are directed to elderly care, but with your help, we can continue to reshape the current standards set forth for senior care by ensuring our eldery community has access to a safe space filled with support, resources, education, and hope.

If you were not able to join us during this year’s Moments Matter Gala, you still have an opportunity to take part in supporting and revolutionizing real change within your community! You can make a donation to Oakwood Creative Care directly from your mobile device by texting #99192, keyword: occmomentsmatter, or by visiting us online at https://www.oakwoodcreativecare.org/donate/

Thank you for joining us in our mission to provide extraordinary care to seniors in need!

Welcome

We're a nonprofit organization based in Mesa, Arizona with three senior day club locations (and a fourth on the way) which serve older adults with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, and various other physical or cognitive challenges. Life does not end with a diagnosis. Our members continue to learn new skills, enjoy new discoveries, make friends, laugh, and live a joy-filled life. Our team of dementia experts lead support groups, events, classes, and private sessions with caregivers and families, guiding them on the best methods to care for their loved ones while also caring for themselves.
