Jail n Bail 2022: Oakwood’s Most Wanted
February 12, 2022

All bail donations made will support Oakwood Creative Care’s mission to enhance the quality of life and spark joy for adults with cognitive and physical challenges. This vision is brought to life through Oakwood’s three adult day clubs located in the Mesa and Chandler/Sun Lakes areas – home to a unique and creative care model full of enriching creative, expressive, intellectual, and wellness classes designed to cultivate strengths, peak new interests, and foster lifelong learning.

You heard it here first, folks. Arizona’s most notorious nonprofit mobsters have been rounded up and thrown into Oakwood Jail! Their crimes? Spreading too much joy through their work as Oakwood Creative Care’s Board of Directors.

In supporting seniors living with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other age-related challenges, each mobster is facing charges for their crimes and must raise $55,000 in bail funds before they can run free and get back to work serving those in need!

Have a soft spot for some of our nonprofit’s roughest and toughest Board Members? You can help raise bail money for Oakwood’s Most Wanted by donating to their Jail N’ Bail fund HERE

Then, join us in person on Saturday, April 2nd from 10 AM – 1 PM at BKD’s in Chandler for an afternoon of blackjack and raffle prizes in the clink, or virtually anytime!

Welcome

We're a nonprofit organization based in Mesa, Arizona with three senior day club locations (and a fourth on the way) which serve older adults with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, and various other physical or cognitive challenges. Life does not end with a diagnosis. Our members continue to learn new skills, enjoy new discoveries, make friends, laugh, and live a joy-filled life. Our team of dementia experts lead support groups, events, classes, and private sessions with caregivers and families, guiding them on the best methods to care for their loved ones while also caring for themselves.
